There are quite a few places I love going to for brunch in Dublin. I discovered about brunch while living in Melbourne in 2009 and loved it! Since relocating here, I have been on the lookout for good brunch places in Dublin – and this small cafe is definitely one of them!

Rambles: Getting used to the sun (again)

I need to get used to going out a lot often these days…

Since arriving in Ireland in 2012, I often work from home. As a Consultant, I do not need to go to an office when I am not on a client site. It is a really good perk – especially after becoming a Mom. But the downside is the fact I am often cooped inside the house on weekdays. I never developed the habit to work inside cafes (too noisy for a meeting IMO) or to go for a “short walk” to get some fresh air (hard to do that when having back-to-back meetings). But now I am a stay-at-home Mom, I have to get my ass moving and get used to getting my vitamin D from the source.

Review: The Oar House

When we find ourselves in Howth, we often go to The Oar House

Howth is a top-choice when the sun is shining brightly in Dublin. It is a great place to spend the day walking around the area. Apart from buying fresh seafood from the local fish monger, there are good quality restaurants around the area, too!

A Long Birthday Celebration!
